Krämer HKR EVO2 S

2018 Krämer HKR EVO2 S

An affordable, race ready, production Supermono.

Pricing: $15,990

The Krämer HKR EVO2 S comes standard with everything you need to be competitive on the track. The S spec features a 75hp KTM 690 LC4, race focused chassis, tunable suspension, advance braking and cast wheels.

Frame: The Chromium-Molybdenum steel frame at the core of the Krämer HKR Evo2 is responsible for the handling and durability of these motorcycles. This superior material outperforms aluminum and is much less susceptible to cracking or breaking under the stresses of racing. The unique trellis design provides great stiffness, yet flexes where it is needed, and gives the rider unmatched feedback.

Tail section: The tail section of the EVO2 is made of XPE plastic and works to support the rider and house 3.17 gallons of fuel. With this multi-use approach reduces weight and makes for a more compact package.

Body work: The fiberglass body work on the HKR Evo2 is extremely lightweight, but does not sacrifice durability. All mounting and high-stress points are reinforced with carbon Kevlar. And by replacing the traditional gas tank with the airbox, the bike’s overall weight reduced, weight distribution is improved  and the center of gravity is optimal for the track.

Suspension: The front suspension has 43mm WP forks and features adjustable preload, compression and rebound damping and has 120mm of suspension travel. The rear has a WP shock absorber with KMC Link System and adjustable ride height. When combined with a very stiff, all-aluminum swing arm, the result is a very tunable and predictable setup for dialing in your Krämer Evo2.

Brakes: The both the S and R model are fitted with Brembo front brakes. The S is fitted with a single 320mm rotor and single Brembo caliper up front and 220mm Motomaster rotor and Formula caliper at the rear.

Engine: The KTM LC4 has a completely reworked the cylinder head, new, ultra light and extremely strong piston and connection rod, rerouted the air intake through a resonator chamber. As a result, the power band is a thousand rpm wider, this provides an even more uniform power delivery, especially in the mid to high rev range. Twin ignition featuring plug-selective mapping, rock solid but featherweight internals and optimized intake and exhaust systems cultivate this massive mono to be as strong as it is smooth, assisted by an advanced ride-by-wire system, which guarantees great refinement as well as improved fuel consumption.

Cylinder head: Inside the cylinder head, the exhaust valves are actuated by roller rockers while the camshaft powers the intake valves. Therefore, the valve timings can be controlled with far greater accuracy. The result is more peak power over a broader rev range.

Balancer Shaft: The LC4 features a bonus balancer shaft that reduces the annoying vibrations typically present in large thumper.

Frame: The Chromium-Molybdenum steel frame at the core of the Krämer GP2 890 R is responsible for the handling and durability of these motorcycles. This superior material outperforms aluminum and is much less susceptible to cracking or breaking under the stresses of racing. The unique trellis design provides great stiffness, yet flexes where it is needed, and gives the rider unmatched feedback.

Tail section: The tail section of the GP2 890 R is made of XPE plastic and works to support the rider and house 3.17 gallons of fuel. With this multi-use approach reduces weight and makes for a more compact package.

Body work: The fiberglass body work on the GP2 890 R is extremely lightweight, with carbon/kevlar reinforcement. And by replacing the traditional gas tank with the airbox, the bike’s overall weight reduced, weight distribution is improved and the center of gravity is optimal for the track.

2019 Krämer HKR EVO2 S

An affordable, race ready, production motorcycle.

Pricing: $16,990

The Krämer HKR EVO2 S comes standard with everything you need to be competitive on the track. The S spec features an 80hp KTM 690 LC4, race-focused chassis, tunable suspension, selectable engine mapping, and advanced braking systems.

Engine: The KTM LC4 690 has a high flow cylinder head, ultra light piston and high strength connecting rod, which is fed through Krämer Motorcycles high flow intake system. As a result, the power band is a thousand rpm wider over the standard LC4, this provides an even more uniform power delivery, especially in the mid to high rev range. Twin ignition featuring plug-selective mapping, rock solid but featherweight internals and optimized intake and exhaust systems cultivate this massive mono to be as strong as it is smooth, assisted by an advanced ride-by-wire system, which guarantees great refinement and performance.

Balancer Shaft: The LC4 features a bonus balancer shaft that reduces the annoying vibrations typically present in large thumper.
